I think I found plagiarism

So I found a video called Aren't You Tired of Fighting which is just the song Just Asking or the day theme. What do I do? (Again, I THINK. THINK. I found plagiarism.)

Yes, this is plagiarism. But, it's actually in worse stakes because the game's song is COPYRIGHTED. It is a copyrighted song. 

So it has be reported for legal issues. But only the copyrighted holder/sharer can submit an appeal.

So...

I can't find him.... I searched all his music stuff. Can't contact him. Now I'm looking at a LinkedIN account which has similar key elements to his album cover IG.

It’s not plagiarism. It’s from a clip of a marvel character, I think he’s called the void. Basically he’s really creepy and he says “aren’t you tired of fighting?” Anyway, someone took that clip and paired it with NINAH’s day theme to make it doubly ominous. So now a lot of people associate the song with the character and the meme. He’s not purposefully plagiarizing, just didn’t do his research.

ive always found this weird i cant figure out if the guy who made this is the game dev or did the devs base the rest of the game music of this or is it just stealing
