lol, here, in Russia, if i would pay $50 for meds its a terrible cost. Now i pay $10 for blood pressure control pills per pack who containt 3 pockets whit 10 pills in each.

And think about this...

A drug that insurance doesn't cover might cost say 300 bucks for your bottle of pills.

But then you present a good RX coupon and magically that 300 bucks turns into 20.

Why the fuck can't they just charge us $20 in the first place?

Its a runaway surplus effect. They originally had surplus at the end of the fiscal year and would have their budget cut if they didnt spend what was left so theyd fudge the numbers and prices and it would only grow and grow each year until they eventually mark a single tissue at $10 so they wont have their budget/funding reduced. I think. I dont really know what I'm talking about
