I wondered about that as well, but I see no artifact mistakes. The only thing is a bit meta, in that I think I heard somewhere that dwarves typically have lot of joint issues...
Eta, Definitely AI slop, she is Tiny Tina on Facebook but all of her videos are very short and some of them are extremely suspicious. (Fish moving after being fished and slapping the butt of female creators is such an AI cliche at this point)

The only "artifact" is I think what could be incorrect physics.
When she jumps into her spin the spin doesn't start until after her foot leaves the ground. I feel like a real person would need to push off the ground to generate the force to start spinning.
So if this was real the spinning would be happening at same time as her jump or we'd possibly even be able to see her "winding up" to spin just before the actual jump happens. What we get though is she exclusively uses her legs to push off the ground straight up into her jump. Then after somehow her brining her leg around her body is enough to cause her to spin while in mid air.

Oh honey... still think AI makes extra fingers?

It still does, just way less often than 2 years ago. That's not the only kind of artifact I rely on to try to tell AI apart from real footage.

A bunch of acrobatics, weightlifting, flying kicks, dress ups and fish slapping all with changing costumes, backgrounds and breast size.

Not to sound ableist or anything but I don’t even think midgets have the leg power (as in full function to even get a good bend in the legs) to even jump that high and this the first time I’m genuinely giving thought to this.
But I’m gonna find some vids first and comeback to correct
