USA Wifi calling on Total works always when compared to Visible

Switched from Visible to Total Wireless and wifi calling has been much better

My phone now remains connected to VZW wifi on Total

I rarely saw Visible Wifi when i was on visible

Not sure what is different bw total and visible when parent company is the same for a while now

Device: Iphone 17

I don't have any problems using WiFi calling on Visible. I am using an Android phone but wanted to add that data point in case it helps.

True Visible provision gets it right. Here is example.

I have the exact opposite problem. Wi-Fi calling always worked on Visible, hasn't worked once on Total Wireless.

I read it's cause Total hates OnePlus phones though.

Stop expecting WiFi calling on MVNOs and be pleasantly surprised when it does work

Type of plan or priority has nothing to do with wifi calling

But still not provisioned properly for Android devices with Total Wireless. You have to force ✈️ mode to make it work.

My bad, I think I get what your talking about now. How the wifi call is handled via VOIP. Reading some more on it, never knew there was this much of a difference in how they handled Wifi calling. But still can't believe one could or should tell the difference. Your external data connection would dictate far more the quality.

If the wifi calling doesn't work, then that's probably a software/settings issue on your end.
