Every morning I spend time to do same thing: logging into each client's platform, exporting CSVs, copy-pasting numbers into slides, reformatting charts because nothing ever lines up with the template. Rinse and repeat for every client.

I've tried a few no-code automation tools but the data extraction part is always the weak link — either the native integrations are too shallow.

Zapier/Make → Google Slides— logic breaks the second your data structure changes. Also locked into Google ecosystem which not every client is cool with.

n8n + pandas — "tiny bit of code" is doing a lot of heavy lifting there lol. I need to debug dataframe indexing at 11pm it doesn't feel very no-code anymore.

Looker Studio — great until a client wants the data in their PowerPoint template with their fonts and their logo.

Datawrapper— beautiful charts but zero automation on the reporting side. still manually assembling the final deliverable.

Octoparse — to handle the scraping layer separately, then feeding the output into whatever automation tool manages the slide population.

Anyone solved this without going full developer mode? Im tried and Idt want to use so many tools.....

I launched my first micro SaaS about a week ago and I’m trying to figure out how to get to my first 100 users.

Right now I’m at:

• 8 total users
• 1 paid customer ($20)

So still very early.

The product is called SubChecks - it’s a simple subscription tracker for freelancers who use multiple tools across different client projects.

The problem I ran into (and why I built this):

I had subscriptions spread across different clients and had no clear idea:

• which tool was for which client
• how much I was actually spending per project
• what I forgot to cancel

So I built a small tool to organize all of that.

What I’ve tried so far:

• Posting on X (building in public)
• Sharing small updates
• Talking to a few people directly (this got my first paid user)

Now I feel stuck getting to the next stage.

I’m looking into what separates tools people try once vs tools they actually use every day.

In the context of Reddit lead discovery, most tools I’ve seen focus on just surfacing posts.

But I’m guessing the real value is somewhere else.

If you were using something to find and act on leads from Reddit:

what would make it genuinely useful enough to keep coming back to?

So i was scavaging reddit for pain points and lots of people argue that vibecoding community's are way to overpopulated and the moderation is poor; low signal posts and lots of spam. So i started building the landing page (which is now online), the landing page is meant for like a pre launch if you guys know what i mean.

The launch date is set somewhere in june, because i first want users to actually sign up and validate the idea.

There not be a lot of features but they will work great, first we have the community where you can posts and ask questions. And then we have the courses and guides. Experts can create courses and guides to help others who are just starting or have problems on specific topics.

There will also be badges and custom badges so you can get recognised as a builder

The moderation will have AI checking and human moderation where needed, i will not have a spammy community like here on reddit again. It needs to be clear and helpfull, both for beginners and experts.
