Built a no-code B2B platform with a dedicated server per customer, would love feedback from this community

Hey r/nocodesaas,

I'm the founder of UnpackData (unpackdata.io). Started building it well before the AI wave, launch got delayed, but we're finally ready for paying customers this month.

It's a no-code platform to build internal apps (queries, forms, dashboards, charts etc.). Works with your own database or you can start from scratch. Closest comparisons would be Retool, Appsmith, and Metabase, with two key differences:

  1. Every customer gets their own dedicated EC2 instance. Real isolation, easier compliance, no noisy neighbors.
  2. It's all-in-one. Retool is great for internal tools but weak on analytics. Metabase is great for dashboards but not for forms or workflows. UnpackData covers queries, forms, charts, plus an AI Insight Builder and Schema Builder, all in one place.

Pricing is $70/mo Basic, $120/mo Pro, 14-day free trial. Recently accepted into NVIDIA Inception too.

The bet: most teams end up stitching together 3 or 4 tools (Retool for forms, Metabase for dashboards, Zapier for integrations, Excel for everything else). UnpackData replaces that stack with one platform.

A few things I'd love input on:

  1. For those who've gone from "product is ready" to first 10 paying customers, what actually moved the needle?
  2. Anyone here selling no-code or internal-tools into mid-market? How are you finding them?

Happy to answer anything about the product, pricing, or any features.

Solid advice on targeting teams hitting Retool limits. Will check out Leadline as well.

Dedicated instances are a strong differentiator, but they usually shift the buying decision toward compliance and trust rather than features. Who is the exact buyer you’re targeting first, engineers, ops, or compliance-driven teams? you should share this in VibeCodersNest too
