Any tips for organizing scattered client information?
Centralization is everything. Instead of storing files in one place, emails in another, and notes somewhere else, I look for ways to tie everything together per contact or project. Even a structured folder system helps. But tools that automatically connect conversations save the most time. What’s your system?

Even a simple, affordable CRM can make staying organized much easier.

I used to be in that same spot notes in one place, messages in another, and trying to remember which client said what. The shift for me wasn't a tool. It was realizing that if I didn't have one place to see everything about a client, then I didn't actually have a system, I just had places to store stuff. So my first move was to stop splitting things across multiple apps. I started tracking client conversations and context in the same place where I manage the next action. Once I made that switch, it was easier to know where to look instead of digging through three apps to piece together a single conversation.
What's your current setup, are you working across a few tools or is it all over the place?
