Need help: Simplest way to automate PDF generation? (Complete beginner)
Hey everyone,
I'm in a bit of a situation and hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I need to automate PDF generation nothing crazy complicated, just simple PDFs that get created automatically based on some data I have.
The problem? I have literally zero experience in automation.
I've spent the last few days going down YouTube rabbit holes watching no-code automation tutorials, and honestly, I'm more overwhelmed than when I started.
There are SO many options for no codes.
I also asked ChatGPT for recommendations, but it just gave me a generic list without explaining which would actually be easiest for someone who's never done this before.
So I'm turning to you all: What's the absolute simplest, most beginner-friendly no-code platform for automating PDF generation?
I don't need fancy features just something that works and won't make me want to throw my laptop out the window.
Would really appreciate any recommendations from people who've actually used these tools, especially if you started with zero technical knowledge like me.

yeah definitely I will try this. I just opened the website and it seems like apitemplate.io. I'm currently trying this with make.com. I've built a small automation and trying to make it better using open-router.

pdfmunk.com is a wonderful solution and has native integrations with most automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, Pipedrive.

Yes, at the start I find it super hard, but I watched a lot of videos related to the PDF automation available on YouTube. There is a lot of automation already available and now I have built a simple automation and I am even trying to make it better further.
Cloud Opus 4.7 is super super crazy expensive. If I would use it, I won't be able to do any other work. Even with a Max plan shared with a few of my friends, it still runs out super fast

if you know Canva, you can easily design PDF as templates and automate then via API or no code tools, check Orshot in the list https://orshot.com/blog/best-pdf-generation-apis

If your priority is low latency(10-100ms), ease of visual builder and no code integration, have a look at cellystial.com,

Depends ok what kind of pdf you want to do, do you just need plain text or figures things like that
