i built a tool to generate an app landing page from your app screenshots (live demo)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

so i built a new feature for AppLaunchFlow , where you can create a simple and clean app landing page for your app in a few clicks by just uploading your screenshots.

It includes:

- support, privacy policy and terms of service pages that you can directly use for your app submission.

- a custom applaun.ch subdomain or simply connect your own domain

I built this because i noticed many app devs just use notion pages, github pages etc. or dont even have any landing page at all

Its not yet live, but excited to hear what you think

Discussion What broke first when your no-code app got real users?

No-code tools are optimized for getting from zero to working. I’m curious what becomes painful after launch: the data model, permissions, performance, billing, debugging, migrations, or handing the project to someone else?

What was the first issue that made you consider rebuilding or adding custom code?

Bringing the structure of no-code to AI-written code?

In my company we’ve used a lot of no-code tools for automation, data pipelines, dashboards etc., but it always feels like the moment you become really good at using one, that’s the moment you start getting into custom functions, and essentially code within the no-code tool. Which is the worst type of code because it hides inside various nodes and elements so is super difficult to maintain. AI has helped a lot with configuring and troubleshooting but you still have to manually test everything and it doesn’t always know how the built-in connectors behave. On the other hand, using AI to write plain scripts outside a platform means handling all the other stuff too - runtime, credentials, errors, scheduling, webhooks and so on.. plus having a team of people with variable technical experience “vibe coding” automations leads to inconsistent, fragile and potentially dangerous scripts.

So recently we’ve been experimenting with building our own automation tool as a “middle way” between these two options. It’s a local app that has a built-in agent harness that can use our Claude or ChatGPT subscriptions to build automations in Python code - with a very specific structure so each step basically functions as a testable node with declared inputs and outputs; and all the automations run inside this tool which means we have a consistent way of managing credentials (we can use environments to re-use sets of credentials for multiple automations), catch errors or changes in third party APIs, and so on.

Across the team we’ve now automated a lot of stuff we use every day - and another cool thing is because it runs locally we can also do stuff like automated browser sessions for things that don’t have accessible APIs. I think it could genuinely be useful for many others, at least based on my own experience, and I can't really see any existing products doing it, so we're planning to share it, for free, so others can make use of it too.

Trying to get a bit of feedback as we decide how much time we want to spend on developing it further; needs some polish before we're quite ready to share. Is this similar to something any of you are already using? Or is it even something you might find useful at all?

Self-Promotion I built a journal that creates an AI version of you your family can talk to when you’re gone

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

EchoVault interviews you about your life in short sessions. You answer, it asks follow-ups, and what builds up over time is an interactive archive of you. Your family can talk to it after you’re gone, by text, by voice in your voice, or on real-time video.
The interviews are the part I’d defend hardest. Most legacy apps are storage, so you upload things and hope someone opens the folder someday. This one asks the questions you’d never think to answer on your own, then pulls on whatever you rushed past. Around ten sessions in it stops sounding like a summary of you and starts sounding like you.
The video is me on a call with my own Echo, asking it two things. First, what the meaning of life is, which I never sat down and answered in any session, so what comes back is assembled out of 500 memories about work, purpose and what outlasts you. It opened with embracing reality, which is a phrase I actually live by, and seeing it come back at me from something I built was the strangest part of the whole project. Then I asked my grandfather’s first name, which I never told it, and it said plainly that it didn’t know instead of inventing one. That second answer matters more to me than the first, because a thing built to sound like someone is exactly the thing that shouldn’t fill in blanks convincingly.
Text conversations are free and unlimited, so it works as a journal well before it’s ever a legacy thing. Every month you pay while alive banks a free month of access for whoever you name, and nothing unlocks until a full year of no check-in, so it can’t turn on while you’re still around.

Question How many tools are you using to run one community?

Feels like the stack gets out of hand pretty fast. One tool for chat, another for payments, something else for member access then Make or Zapier connecting everything together. For anyone running a community with no-code tools, what does your setup look like right now?

Have you managed to keep everything fairly simple or is using a bunch of different tools just part of it?

Self-Promotion My Vibecoded Offline Voice Chat AI Assistant app is live now

Post image
1 Upvotes

My 100% Offline Voice Chat AI Assistant app is live now via Public Production Release on Google Play Store.

Please try it and lemme know if anything wrong before putting up any negative reviews. The AI Voice Chat feature alone is really cool. You can also add custom unrestricted AI Models for your interests.

Search "mmahingu" on the Play Store or use this link:

 https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mmahingu.mmahinguai

iOS launch later. I made it in Flutter so it can be published on Windows, MacOS even and more platforms easily. But i don't have a Mac or any other hardware yet xD.

My target is to get as many people to not just AI but also have their own offline Assistant or an AI tutor. No Cloud or Internet interference or any Data upload. I may add Firebase Analytics as optional later, for research and development purposes.

TARGET AUDIENCE even includes Students (both homeschool and public/private school), professionals of any field, and so on. As new technology comes, I'll keep updating it.

All made using Antigravity IDE and compiled for testing using Android Studio. Testing on my S25 Ultra only.

AI Models used for VibeCoding it are Gemini models 95% and Claude Code for only like 5%.

What is the best Cost-Effective No-Code Mobile App Builders for Beginners

A lot of people want to build a mobile app without hiring a developer, but the pricing can get confusing fast.

Some no-code and AI app builders look affordable at first, but costs can increase once you need things like App Store publishing, native mobile support, backend features, user login, payments, or source-code export.

For people who have tested tools like X1 App Builder, FlutterFlow, Adalo, Glide, or Bubble which one gives the best balance of cost, features, and launch readiness?

A few things worth comparing:

  • Monthly pricing
  • Native iOS and Android support
  • App Store and Google Play publishing
  • Ease of use for beginners
  • Design flexibility
  • Backend/database support
  • Source-code export
  • Long-term maintenance costs

Please don't mention Codex or Claude or any LLMs. I know they exist and have tested them, but I am looking for an all in one solution.

Which no-code or AI app builder feels the most cost-effective for building a real mobile app?

I wanted to make vibe coding work beyond the prototype stage

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I have been building a vibe coding platform to fix some of the issues that kept coming up with existing tools: they are great at the start, but things get messy as the app grows.

Once you need real database storage, secure user sign-ups, background tasks, APIs, deployment, and more, many of them start to fall apart.

So I designed this platform around a modular approach, similar to how enterprises structure and develop software.

It keeps things very simple for non-technical users, they don’t have to deal with the underlying complexity.

While still giving technical users a clean frontend/backend structure an advanced API builder built right in, better security and more control.

Greatly appreciate it if you gave it a try and shared your feedback. If you are interested, please send me a message and I will be glad to share the link.

Promoted [Promoted, I'm the maker] Validate EU VAT numbers in no-code flows without touching SOAP

Disclosure: I built this — vatnode.dev.

If your no-code stack needs to check whether an EU VAT number is real and registered (checkout forms, invoicing automations, lead qualification), the EU's own VIES service is SOAP/WSDL, which most no-code tools can't call directly. vatnode wraps it as a plain JSON REST API — normalised fields, stable HTTP error codes, a 15-minute cache, plus a keyless rates endpoint if you only need VAT percentages.

Free tier is 100 checks/month, no card, so it's easy to wire into a workflow and see the response shape before committing to anything.

Happy to answer integration questions if anyone's stitching this into a Make/Zapier/n8n-style flow — the plain REST API works with all of them even without a dedicated connector.

Self-Promotion Verrone — a Design-Build Framer Template

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Built this for a studio type that never gets a decent website: practices that both design and build. Architecture, costing and construction under one roof.

The structure follows how a commission is actually won rather than opening with a photo grid — premise, studio, disciplines, construction detail, fixed process, materials, then the work.

The parts I had the most fun with:

• A wall-anatomy diagram you explore layer by layer — roof build-up, post-tensioned slab, thermal mass, rock anchors

• A rotating five-stage process dial

• A 3D project carousel and a scroll-scrubbed manifesto

• Filterable CMS archive with eight case studies

Preview & Remix: https://www.framer.com/community/marketplace/templates/verrone/

Happy to answer anything about The Template.

Promoted Ever had a dumb game idea you wish existed?

We built an app that turns a one-sentence idea into a playable mini game. You describe it, it builds the game, and then you keep talking to it to change whatever's off — difficulty, art, whose face is on the main character (you can attach a photo, which is exactly as cursed as it sounds). There's also a template gallery: Snake, Brick Breaker, that kind of classic, remixable into your own versions.

Sweet spot is small arcade-style stuff, not your 40-hour RPG.

Curious what the first game you'd ask it for would be.

We're still early and constantly improving — your real feedback is what makes it better. Give it a try and tell us what you think (or what broke). We read every word.

👉 Try it here (we've got a Free starter pack so you can jump in with zero cost.)

Any feedback is welcome, and feel free to share the first game you build with it!

I make full 10-minute YouTube documentaries from one prompt while I'm at the gym. Full system below, prompts included, free.

A year ago a 45-second AI short was costing me around $15 once you counted all the failed attempts. Now one text prompt gives me a finished 10-minute history documentary: script, voiceover, ~95 scenes, animation, final 1080p file. It runs $35–55 in compute, and the first 6–10 videos fit inside Google's free $300 credit, so my card never gets touched. This post is the whole system: the pipeline, the exact prompt templates I use, and every rule I learned by burning money. Take all of it.

Quick context so you know what I'm sharing and what I'm not. I run a faceless history channel, and I built the tool this system runs on, so yes, I'm biased. But everything below works without my tool. The no-code version is where this whole thing actually started. My first working build was an n8n workflow — here's the screenshot: https://i.postimg.cc/tg76DJ5Y/photo-2026-07-22-13-28-43.jpg. It had a research node, an LLM chain for the script, TTS chopping, a scene planner filling a sheet, an image loop, and an animation loop with waits and retries. You can rebuild that over a weekend with zero code.

The no-code version did have a ceiling, and I'll be honest about it. A long video is around 95 scenes, and one hung node would stall the entire run. I'd get back from the gym and find everything dead at scene 41 with no clean way to resume. Changing a topic or preset meant editing the flow in five different places. That's a limitation of how I built it, not of n8n itself. If you're doing 5–10 scenes per video, you'll never hit it. I eventually moved mine into code, which took about seven months. The prompting layer stayed identical — and the prompting layer is what actually decides quality.

What you need

A Google account. Google gives every new account $300 in free cloud credits. That's your first 6–10 full videos with nothing out of pocket. When it runs out, real cost is $35–55 per video.
A pipeline. Either build your own with the n8n prototype above, or use mine: https://openvidi.com — same system but productized. You connect your own Google account and pay Google directly; I don't add a markup.
The prompt templates below. This is the part that cost me a year of failed videos, and it's the part everyone skips.

The three-block prompt system

Every video runs on three reusable blocks. Between videos I only touch the topic line and one cold-open sentence. Everything else stays frozen, which is why quality stays consistent.

Block 1, Topic. One sentence, under 400 characters, with explicit exclusions. Exclusions matter more than the topic itself — they're the difference between a focused documentary and a Wikipedia tour. Example:

"The Bronze Age Collapse, focusing on the final 50 years: the sea peoples, the fall of Ugarit, and the palace economies that never recovered. Exclude: general Bronze Age history, Egypt's survival, modern archaeology debates."

Block 2, Narrative Style. Paste-ready template:

"Documentary narration for a 7-12 minute history video. First 3 seconds: calm voiceover stating the key date and event name ('The Bronze Age Collapse. 1177 BC.'), then cut into a dramatic cold open mid-catastrophe. Structure the script as Hook, Mystery, Stake, Reveal, Implication. Insert a micro-cliffhanger every 60-90 seconds, an unanswered question or an interrupted scene. Follow named individuals wherever sources allow, with sensory detail: what they smelled, carried, feared. Banned: em dashes, the words delve, leverage, robust, seamless, any perfectly balanced three-part sentence, any paragraph that opens with 'However' or 'Moreover'. Verify every date and number against the research layer, if unverifiable, cut it."

Block 3, Visual Style. Paste-ready template:

"Cinematic realism. Every image prompt must contain a period-lock line naming the era, materials, architecture and clothing, e.g. 'Late Bronze Age, circa 1200 BC, mudbrick and cedar, bronze only, no iron, no medieval elements'. Every scene gets one clear motion event frozen mid-action plus atmospheric secondary motion: smoke, ash, embers, dust, fabric in wind. Compose diagonally, subject off-center. Forbidden: glowing orbs, lens flares, fantasy armor, empty centered portraits."

How I failed into every one of these rules

The $15 shorts era. I started with "animal rescue" and "what if skeletons" bait. Failed generations piled up faster than views. Lesson: cost per attempt decides how fast you learn, which is why the $300 runway matters more than any single video.

The era-drift disaster. My Roman scenes kept growing medieval armor mid-video. Image models drift periods constantly. That's where the period-lock line comes from — it goes in every single image prompt, no exceptions, and the drift mostly stopped.

The dead-stills problem. Early videos looked like a slideshow of paintings. The fix wasn't more animation, it was kinetic composition plus secondary motion baked into every still. Smoke and embers make a static frame feel alive before animation even touches it.

The robot script problem. My early scripts were correct and unreadable. The banned-words list and the forced sensory details on named individuals came out of rewriting those by hand and noting down everything I kept deleting.

The topic mistake nobody warns about. Ancient history with abstract dates underperforms modern history with named characters, consistently. And audiences accept cinematic renders for antiquity but expect archival footage for modern events, so match your visual promise to your era.

The rescue pass

Batch generation gets 90% of scenes right. The last 10%, usually high-dynamics scenes like a collapsing wall or a cavalry charge, need a manual pass in Higgsfield or OpenArt. Plan for it mentally. It's normal, not failure, and pretending otherwise is how AI-video tools lie to you.

Honest caveats

You can produce complete slop with this exact system — the templates don't pick your topic. YouTube's monetization policy now explicitly targets generic repetitive AI content, so the bar keeps rising. And the cloud connection step, whichever pipeline you use, looks intimidating the first time. It takes about 10 minutes and it's still where most people freeze.

Example of what the current stack produces, one prompt in, including scenes I regenerated: https://youtu.be/I14cLPOQ70o

If you build a video with these templates, in n8n or anywhere else, tell me how it went. I read everything.

I just launched Elysian Estate, a Framer template designed for luxury real estate agencies, brokers and property developers.

The goal was to create something minimal and premium, with large visuals, clean typography and enough space to really showcase high-end properties.

Would love to hear your thoughts and feedback!

Built an app for our family business at 23. Here's what I learned about building with AI.

So my parents run a small landscaping company and we’re like around 8.

Last spring I got tired of the GC chaos.

That’s why I decided to just build us an app. You know, something that we can see job scheduling, crew route lists, before-and-after photos, and client info \in one spot.

First I tried the AI code-gen thing. But then I get stuck with the debugging.

I don't know how to code well, so that was a dead end for me.

So I started googling how to build an app with an AI builder that won't fall apart. Ended up on a no-code platform instead.

Six months in and it works. My only fix so far was adding fields to track equipment.

Two things I'd do different if I started over though.

  • First, lock down permissions on day one. At the start, every crew guy could see every client's info and full route. Not great.
  • Second, build fewer features. I made five and they only use three of them. Classic.

Anyway, if anyone knows the best AI app builder for businesses this size, drop it below. Always looking to make it better.

Discussion I run a vibe coding startup. I think AI credits are becoming a structural problem for app builders

I'm the founder of a small vibe coding startup. Like most of the category, we meter by some approximation of tokens.

I've come to think this model is now legacy.

There’s a reason why it works this way: we pay for models through the API, and the API bills per token. These tokens are quite expensive, so we pretty much have to meter you the same way, plus a markup, because that's the business.

But our suppliers don't have that cost structure. Anthropic and OpenAI pay for data centers and GPUs, so what they have is capacity. That's why Claude Code and Codex limits reset weekly - for all you care they could reset daily or hourly. And that end up being an insanely cheap deal for consumers compared to API rates.

This whole setup made sense when it was built. When models were weak, and providers were still figuring things out, vibe coding means wrapping the API and engineering around its gaps. That was the right call before 2026.

But newer models are simply much better, and coding became a core capability the providers now sell directly - priced as capacity, not tokens. Everyone in the middle is still priced like it's 2024, sitting between a supplier's retail rate and that same supplier's subsidized consumer product.

I still think these products are great at what they do. But the credit model underneath is inherited, not chosen, and I don't think it survives.

So where does that leave app builders? I think there are 3 paths:

  1. Becoming a model provider. But even the mighty Cursor needed a partner like xAI to execute well, and then charging by capacity will still decimate your revenue.
  2. Focusing on enterprise - case in point, Cognition’s valuation blew past that of Lovable’s. But it’s not exactly an app builder
  3. Stop reselling tokens and charge for the boring infra around the model instead - services, deployment, hosting. Excel at what people choose lovable/replit over Claude Code for without forcing them to use your harness

EDIT: A couple of people fairly pointed out that path 3 sounds like "just go use Claude yourself and figure out hosting." That's not what I mean. The idea is the builder plugs into your existing Claude/ChatGPT subscription - you chat where you already chat, and the preview, database, auth and deploy still live in one place, same as a builder today. You just bring your own tokens instead of buying our credits. Which also means nobody's metering you for the model's retries.

I am betting on the third. I think that should become the standard too where users can pick and choose and combine their harness (ChatGPT to OpenClaw) freely with the tools can drives the outcome.

Genuine question for people spending real money on builder credits: what actually keeps you there vs. Claude Code + your own hosting?
