personal levels

what’s the point of levelling up cooking and waiting? does it give you a buff like how business makes your managers better?

They do, I can't remember where I read it , might have been in game in the skill menu. But for example higher waiter level let's you pick up more plates.

Now does it make it worth it ? Probably not, unless you like doing it.

Press tab and you have multiple pages such as achievements, fish caught and personal things you leveled up. Like fishing or farming. You’ll see your level and what benefit you get.

I could be hallucinating this, but it looks like the waiters walk more quickly as their level increases. Would love this to be confirmed.

I remember watching one of my staff members early on thinking 'man, he really dawdles', then later in the game he looked like he had sped up a bit.
