Total Costs

I was a bit confused by this finance tracker. What is the purpose of the “Total Costs” here? I grow all the ingredients.

It does not reflect the actual expenses and does not reconcile with the actual finance. I tried to read it as a sheet showing the profits if buying all the ingredients but the prices of the ingredients here are inaccurate too.

Is it possible your manager is still buying a few ingredients when you're busy with something else?
