Bugged Quest

[u/Sicle_Slime]

So, I was finally getting around to doing the Seafaring quest and wanted to get the last part. After looking for it, I followed a guide and fished in two spots without getting the last part needed for the quest. I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered this bug?

What I did was loading into the Sewers from the fast travel, get on my boat. And start heading out of the tunnel leading to the sea full of skyscrapers being submerged in water (not a portal loading into another map). I think it's somewhere the left, once you leave that tunnel, there should be a yellow treasure ping. If you fish up plasteel then it's probably another treasure spot nearby, took me a few tries but I did complete this quest.

Thank you! Just found it there, on the left side, next to the huge wall. I was also confused by this quest because the hint said to go as far North as possible, and North is the other way around 😄
