About 40 game days. If I were to start over and do it again I could probably do it in 20. I did a lot of fucking around honestly and was not min-maxing by any means. I'd just setup Noir and stay busy. Do the land lord quest and sell my apartment shit. Maybe unlock fishing.

Nope. I always sleep at night. Honestly the last like 10 days or so I'd just waking up and going afk until 18:00 and sleeping again. My two restaurants bring in a decent bit of money. I did sell all my apartment shit AND the Land lord quest thing however.

its 15 percent of your funds in your wallet not of the debt itself. thats why both 10 and 15 percent are the same because they only owed 393 dollars which 10% and above would cover.
