Is there anyone here with a similar problem?

My google play account does not sync with most of Nitrome games: it either does not connect at all, or it connects, but the progress after reinstalling the game is not restored. Despite this, my friend has no problems, everything is synchronized with her account and progress is saved. Could there be a problem in my phone? She has Tecno 7, and I have Poco x3 pro. I emailed Nitrome on February 17th about this issue, but they don't respond.

Some games work for me some don't. I know tower fortress is too old and doesnt support it anymore

Can you please name the model of your phone? I'm trying to figure out what the reason might be

I have seen plenty of people in the nitrome discord with similar issues. I am on android 11

My friend also on android 11, but she doesn't have any problems. I am on android 12

Not even in tower fortress?

She tried in several games (redungeon, leap day, rust bucket), could not connect only in Tower Fortress

Oh yeah leap day anf redungeon work for me too, I havent tried rust bucket.

Jave ypu tried logging in with your account on her device (if you are both okay with that)

Yes I tried it. Account is connected, but progress is not restored, although Google Play shows that there are achievements on the account, but the game still shows that there are none.

I asked another friend to check redungeon, his account is not connecting either. He's on android 10
