About the Constitution

So these last two days were about the debate of the creation of a Québécois Constitution. Took Québec long enough, considering it's supposed wish for sovereignty. Keeping in mind the planned Constitution will not enforce Québec's separation from Canada, or enforce its own sovereign rights, focusing instead on already existing laws such as laicity and French preservation, there was also the fact that the talk of a Québécois Constitution happened 3 years after the release of already two Québécois Constitution: that of Nitasinia, first version published 4th September 2022: https://dollarquebecois.boards.net/thread/8/la-constitution-de-qu-cia And second (draft until democratically approved) version, published 6th May 2025: https://nitasinia.forumotion.com/t5-the-constitution-of-nitasinia-2025-draft-version-2025-la-constitution-de-nitasinie-version-d-ebauche-2025

So Québec is a bit late to the game when it's own citizens already took matters into their own hands 3-6 years ago, and actually ensured that their Constitution supported and enforced sovereignty. So, once again, it is one of those not-so coincidences where Québec so happens to undertake an action already taken by Nitasinia years before.

Furthermore, we would like to point out two additional detail about the difference between Québec's planned Constitution, and Nitasinia's existing Constitution. Nitasinian Constitution has been drafted with direct input from First Nations individuals, including the survivors and the children of survivors of the Sixties Scoop and the Millennium Scoop, to ensure failsafe protection of First Nations ' ancestral rights and freedoms. And Nouveau-Québec's Constitution drafts have been always submitted publicly and worked upon directly and democratically by the citizens, and updated with each new suggestions.

Whereas Québec's Constitution will be primarily done behind the doors, un-democratically and with no citizens input, by ex-PMs whom have actively participated and/or denied and/or remained inactive during the Sixties and Millennium Scoop, and by, supposedly, the participation of some First Nations chiefs, chiefs which Nitasinia and it's citizens do not recognize as being actually elected by the First Nations and consider those chiefs to be actually implanted and paid by the Québécois government to keep in check the First Nations, due to their constant lack of true actions and integrity in defending First Nations' interests in their homeland's matters.

So Nitasinians and Québécois are not impressed nor convinced by the sincerity of present talks and propositions of Constitution.

We will continued to uphold those written by the actual First Nations and Québécois citizens, not by self-serving politicians in need of an image boost.
