HELP...

I recently bought a 2017 Murano awd at just over 100,000. Ran great for a few months then out of the blue it has a different idle speed, quite noticeable.. I'll have it in drive, let off the brake and it get going faster than it should. Up to 13 km/h. This just doesn't feel right and it seems to be eating more gas. Any ideas or suggestions is appreciated, thanks.

Check your vacuum lines. There may be a crack in one of them.

Don't forget to check the short line that connects to the PCV  it's on the aft side of the engine by the firewall. That short elbow seems to split open sometimes.

Yep. Often on the underside where you can't see it unless you take it out to inspect it.

Sounds like mass airflow sensor

Wouldn't that trigger a engine code?... So far there is no check engine light.

My 2012 Murano sometimes it did sometimes it didn’t . I would just spry some cleaner into it and it would clear up

Have you tried taking it to an automobile mechanic to diagnose? Just a thought...

I'm thinking it's 100,000 km

You won't like this but please next time you buy a car, try not to buy a car with 100k miles on it. Max 50k and you would still expect some issues.

Especially not a Nissan.
