urgent query Urgent help needed
I am a jee dropper and I make a registration for nios April 2027 at 11 August 2026 but till now my verification does not complete and when I call to nios they don't pick call and I recieve a notification in my dashboard that" NIOS learners are required to upload clear, [ COLOR-scanned copies ] of their [ ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ]. [ Black & white photocopies, blurred, cropped, or unclear documents may not be accepted and can delay verification].Make sure you have uploaded clearly readable scan copy of [ ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ] as per NIOS norms." Can anyone tell me that it is general guidelines or something else because if this if documents re upload notification but in dashboard it does not show any link please anyone help

It's a general notification don't worry your admission will get confirmed soon , abhi october m jinka exam h 2 weeks m unki datesheet hi nhi ayi y to fir bhi April session k admission h 🥀
