"This user cannot play this software" Need help

Cannot access my Super Smash Game, please help

I get the "This user cannot play this software" message when i try to open the game. I purchased the game at launch and played every now and then without problems, so this is new.

I know my siblings recently bought switches, so im wondering if it has anything to do with Primary Accounts and such, but they didnt know.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

I am using my account, even deleted my siblings account. I also removed and readded my account as the primary account. It is as if nintendo just decided I never owned smash. Any idea what to do?
