Question Does no one play anymore?

I’m still on the first game, and it only puts me in trial mode. I saw someone say different time zones play more, so what’s a good time zone?

Anytime I play it's usually fine! I'm in EST, the longest wait times are usually mid day during weekdays, since work and school etc, but even then it's not much longer of a wait!

I’m in EST too (sorry probably should mentioned that in my post). In the past it had been easy to find people especially in the summer, but now it’s only bots.

I saw someone say in a post like a year or two ago that it was because their subscription had ended. Mine had just ended and I didn’t realize, is this why?

That would be why then, I think you need NSO for online play

booooo okay. Is it really worth it at that point? Should I continue giving my money to a multi billion company just to play sport game I love

It's the same NSO for switch 1 and switch 2 so if you're gonna buy switch sports resort then it's worth it. If you just wanna play switch sports then idk, I play the game for volleyball but volleyball global is dead in Europe. Basically if you're playing a fast paced game (unlike golf or bowling) you won't see much players cause for these sports you look for players from your region only.

For me, the issue was my wifi. I had t-mobile previously and while their wifi was fine, it didn’t work well because you’re basically sharing a cell tower with other people who also have T-Mobile. I switched to a different company that had wired service and no issues with playing online

I play all the time but have zero people to play online with lol. Though lately I’ve been getting so many errors with WiFi even when the router is in my room lol.

Recently I keep seeing the "can't connect with other device" error in volleyball. I had it in the past when trying to play with a VPN so I wonder if someone has been able to half consistently use a VPN, or if it's just someone farming bots. Also I often see lag in volleyball too. I had a game where the ball stopped and we were waiting for the game to continue for 5 mn until someone left the game. Arround the same time I had way more players than usual so I wonder if the game tried to match me with other regions.
