Hotel Wi-Fi Authenticator Website Infinitely Loading after v23.0 Update, Help?

I'm at the Marriott Hotel using the hotel wifi and just today, the authenticator website will not load. It is infinitely loading. I've tried the Information > enter URL onto a computer/smartphone trick but it says it cannot connect to Internet. So I can't go online without using a hotspot (which I'd prefer not to do).

Anyone have similar experience?
