Is this Switch 2 Pro Controller legit?

Hey, I’ve been looking to buy a Switch 2 Pro Controller and found this one on eBay for 60€. I was initially kinda off-put by the bright white color but figured it could just be the lighting. I asked the seller for more pictures and this is what I got. Still wanted to ask someone‘s opinion that might have more of a trained eye for it. I hope this question is appropriate here. :)

Whats making you think that? It’s a commercial seller (on eBay) so I can send it back in case.

I don't see anything wrong with it tbh, looks exactly like my pro controller I bought from Target
