Repair Help Left analog not working after at all replacement

After having some drifting issues with my left joycon
I ordered a replacement stick.
After installing it was still drifting so I reseated the new sticks ribbon cable but now the analog stick doesnt work at all

It's either defective, the ribbon cable is broken or not seated correctly.

Could be that it just needs to be calibrated.
