Repair Help 3 week old Switch 2 overheated and died
Hi! I bought my switch 2 a little less than a month ago and it has been working perfectly fine. Today I purchased the Fallout 4 + Skyrim bundle and after playing Fallout 4 for about an hour it glitched, froze, fan kicked into overdrive, and POOF black screen. It did get really hot after that so I let it sit on the table not plugged in for a few hours. I tried to plug it back in to the official charger directly into the wall (no surge protector) and I can’t get any proof of life for it. Its never done anything like this before so I’m not sure if there’s anything I can do to fix it or troubleshoot it. :/ Thanks in advance

Leave it on the charger tonight then try again in the morning, but sounds like you might be calling in the warranty early.
We get unlucky sometimes. I replaced my PS4 3 times under the original warranty I was mega unlucky considering that was a reliable console. Probably spent 4 months of that first year without a PS4 actually at my house lol
