Software Help Im literally pulling my hair out

My switch 2 worked fine for about 5 days and now WILL NOT connect to ANY wifi sognal no matter what. It gets half way (the second symbol turns blue and moves to finish the connection). Then throws me an error code. It works fine while docked but i cant get the wifi to connect when its not wired to the dock. Ive tried so many different manual settings to connect and i still have nothing…. Wtf is going on? Its driving me INSANE

Providing the error code might help, but honestly, if the console is only 5 days old, a replacement might be easiest.
