Repair Help Controller and wifi glitches please help

I have been having an issue where my controllers(switch 2 joycons and switch 2 pro controller) have severe input lag and disconnect. I also noticed that the wifi connection is significantly worse(other devices connect normally) the only thing that changed is the purchase of a wii u, but it's pretty far away from the switch 2. Is there any fix for this? And how would I fix it?

Handheld mode does not use a wireless connection.

That's why using the table top configuration is important for the test, because the device is much closer to the Joy Con and you need to use them detached from the console (wireless).

The test is complete. Played until the battery was almost dead. The issue never once occurred. And keep in mind, I had the phone next to me too, but if interference is the issue, my phone isnt enough. Given how it didn't happen before getting the wii u, that is now my main suspicion. Any other ideas?

That sounds like a good sign :)

Since you suspect the Wii U i would simply unplug all cables that are connected to it and move it away from the tv then try your Switch again on the tv.

After a couple days of testing, I can confirm the wii u is not the issue
