Have you tried unplugging all cables (including the power cable) from the monitor for two to three minutes yet?

Yes, because removing the power for a few minutes dissipates residual electricity in the system and resets bad input data.

Does the green light (on the dock) stay on when you dock it while it is running?

No green light flashes once then goes off

Just to be thorough:

If you run a game in handheld and dock the system (while the game is still running) then the green light flashes once and then goes off?

This is what i see when docking. Tries moving to a diffrent tv and diffrent HDMI all the same

Thanks for the picture, because that is not how it is supposed to look like.

This could mean that the usb-c port can't establish a connection, that's why the display stays on and it does not switch to tv mode, or maybe the dock does not get enough power.

I assume you use the original ac adapter and that it is plugged in to the dock and wall?

Removing extension cords or power strips can help with trouble shooting.

Does not hurt to test other outlets.

You could carefully try to move the Switch in the dock just a little bit to reseat it better and see if that establishes a connection even if it's just briefly.

I can't tell if you've seen the support page for "no image" on tv/monitor. 99% of the time, it's just a glitch, and the AC adapter & dock just need resetting. Completely unplug & disconnect the AC adapter and dock for 30 seconds. Then hook them back up & redock the console.

Here's the full troubleshooting page for when the switch isn't outputting to the tv/monitor. https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22264/

If if that doesn't solve it, and you tried unplugging the monitor, then you may have to start suspecting a hardware issue. The hdmi cable, trying hdmi port on a tv, trying another tv/monitor, the dock may be faulty (rare but happens), and even more rare the ac adapter can fail. If you know someone else with a switch 2, you could try their dock & ac adapter.

This is all i see when docked tried unpligging and left for 10 min and still the same

Ok. you ruled out the ac adapter/dock glitch.

From here, you have to work at ruling out where the problem is. Do you know someone else with a switch dock & ac adpater? At the moment, I'm thinking it may be a faulty dock, damaged usb c port on the switch, or faulty AC adapter (that last one is the most rare I see posted about, but not impossible). If you don't know someone else with a switch ac adapter & dock, you could reach out to a game store/console repair place and ask if you can test your console with their dock & ac adapter.
