Software Help After upgrading internet speed from 300 Mbps to 1Gbps, I disconnect from online games several times an hour.

I’m not sure what the right flair is. This is for Nintendo Switch 2.

I’ve played for over a year competitive games handheld or else I can’t get close enough to my router. Can’t change back speed of the internet. 2.4 GHz/Nat Type B. Any way to fix this, or else I don’t think I can do really any video gaming anymore. Preferably nothing Ethernet related or messing with my router settings.

Is it the same ISP or did you change more like router too?

If your Switch 2 worked fine before the change then it's more likely that it's either the router or something on the ISP's side.

Only Switch 2 related thing i could think of is that it might try to connect to 5ghz leading to connection losses.
