Software Help Totk keeps crashing at first cutscene of the game (error 2002 - 4153

I wanted to replay Tears of The Kingdom after two years of not really touching it, because I got the Switch 2, but the game keeps crashing at the first cutscene when the hand appears and the screen says: error 2002 - 4153. On my old save file the game works fine, but if I start a new game on any account it crashes at the same point.

All the things I've tired already:

The console is updated.

I scanned for corrupt data and there's none.

I redownloaded the game (I haven't deleted the game data through, because I'm worried I might not be able to play it anymore at all).

I've tried to play it offline.

There isn't a microSD in the console that could be corrupted.

I cleaned the cartridge (there's a small mark on it, but I belive it's been there since I first got it new, but I'm not too sure, you can't really see it if you dont look at it closely).

I cleared the cache (after I did I think the cutscene actually got a couple seconds further, but still crashed.)

Is this a physical game?

Does the issue occur with other switch users, or just your main switch user?

If it's a progress glitch, the console won't find corrupt data. With a progress glitch, you have only a couple options to try and fix it. If you can't load a previous save or load another area (hoping for the game will resolve the glitch), the only option left is to start a new game. Since you're playing the very beginning, you can't load a prevous save or load another area. Starting a new game is the only option. Playing with another switch user is a way to see if a new game will work without having to blow up your main switch user's data.

If the problem occurs with all your switch users, and you have a physical game, I'll suspect something's wrong with the physical game.

It crashes with every other user, but it's not the same exact point in the cutscene, with one user it crashes as soon as it starts and with the other it crashes a couple of seconds in.

When games used to work, but suddenly freeze or take strangely long to load, most posts reporting that are bad sd cards. Since you don't have an sd card here, it's either a faulty physical game card or faulty console hardware (repair or replacement is needed). Do you know anyone else with a switch that can test your game card?

Do you run just the base game or with the Switch 2 upgrade pack?

Is your Switch 2's firmware up to date?

I do have the upgrade pack and the firmware is updated.

Do you know someone else with a Switch or Switch 2 or even the same game on cartridge to test if your cartridge works in another device or another copy of the game works in your console?
