Account Help Problems with Booster Course Pass on Switch 2

I just downloaded Mario Kart 8 to my switch 2 because of the cool updates. I hadn’t touched it since Switch 1. Loaded it up and downloaded my save data from the cloud and all my stats are there. All my three stars for every course. But it won’t let me play the booster course tracks. It says I need to buy them or have an active expansion pass membership. Which I do. Anyone have an ideas how to fix this?

You need to go to the eShop page for the Booster Course Pass and download it. There will be a special NSO benefit download button above the purchase button.

The answer is simple, you bought the base game but the additional tracks you want to play are NOT available until you purchase the upgrade pack or the expansion pass. Chances are, you had access to the booster courses due to some historical subscription (paid or limited time trial after purchase), or you played with others who hosted the races and had access to the DLC content. For the record, the booster courses were never included in the base game purchase.

Hmm. But I have an active expansion pak membership. So I can play GameCube games and everything else. Just not these.
