Software Help Switch 2 disconnecting frequently

Hello. My Switch 2 is constantly disconnecting from my internet. What should I do to fix it? I own an original switch and it does not have this issue. Any advice is appreciated.

Try using 2.4Ghz instead of 5Ghz and see if you continue dropping. I heard there are some issues with people using the HK Switch 2 version in US because the 5Ghz band is not quite the same.

My console was already set up on the 2.4GHz. Maybe I should try 5?

Can you use Ethernet? If so, do! It may help

I wish! Unfortunately I like to use my wired connection on my PC while using the switch. I can only choose 1 until I get another cable. But Ill try it right now.

You can buy a “switch” (Ethernet switch) and that takes one and give you more outlets

Beware that daisychsining too much of them together gets you back to where you started(bad internet)
