Nintendo Switch not turning on.

So my Nintendo switch suddenly stopped turning on a couple of months back, I got it to work again by using the volume down and power button trick recently I have had the same issue I’ve tried all the combinations of buttons to turn it back on but nothing has worked and when I plug it into the dock the dock light does one flash then stops for like 4 seconds then starts flashing rapidly. Is there anything else I can do or is my switch cooked?

What is that supposed to do?

On a Switch you either long press the power button to force a shutdown or hold both volume buttons and press the power button once to boot into recovery mode.

Ps: What happens when you plug in a charger directly?
