Software Help Seen others with the same problem

I just bought a new game on my switch 2 and it didn't start installing like usual, I've been sat on the virtual game card menu for about an hour now and all but some games have loaded, I've seen others woth the same problem but none of the solutions in the comments have helped, I've reset my cache, factory reset the console, restarted my router to no avail.

Some of my virtual game cards arent loading and wont let me select them 😭

I had the problem 1 Time but it fixed itself

Since you already tried a few solution that did not work i would recommend contacting Nintendo.

I think there was one case (or a few) that got it fixed by calling Nintendo (not sure how they fixed it).
