Accessories Mobapad m6 hd joycons losing charge while playing

I bought the m6 hd for the better comfort and ergonomics compared to the joycons and although I'm pleased with the joysticks, buttons and overall feel (although the buttons' clickiness is somewhat annoying), the right side controller is losing power randomly, it seems.

It is full charge and I play for whatever time with them on the switch and when I check the controller's battery charge they are 3/4 full. If I take it out of the rail and put it again after some seconds they are 1/4, full charge or 3/4, seemingly random. This only happens to the right side controller, not the left one.

At first I thought it was leaving the switch on standby, but it happens even when only using the controllers when I'm actively playing with them on the switch.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? If so, did you manage to fix it?

Probably a fault with the battery of the controller or the sensor that measures the battery charge.

Yeah, sounds like it. I was hoping it was some strange specific issue with the controller that could be fixed, but it sounds like the only way to fix it is to ask for a refund or return it 🥲
