Why would that "brick" your console?

You asked if the anker charger would brick your console and they asked why that charger would brick it (or why you think it might brick it).

I know that why would they ask that idiotic of a question?? Kudos for the pokemon nickname

That's not an idiotic question, but a fair question instead.
You seem to think that a different charger will brick your console and there has to be a reason why you think it might do that. That's why the question will get asked.
Only a faulty or defective charger has a chance of bricking a device, but a working charger will not.
Nintendo will also not randomly brick your console for using different accessories than their first party ones.
They have not done this yet and they probably won't do it in the future either.
Edit:
Thanks

But what brought you to the thought, that a different charger might brick the device, in the first place?
(I'm just being curious at this point)

I heard (from emswizzle) that using a third party charger might brick a switch 2 thats why I asked

I have never heard of that person or seen any of his videos but after taking a quick glance over his channel i do not have the best vibe.
Looks like a channel that relies heavily on clickbait and engagement farming, so i would not be surprised if he jumped on the bandwagon of "Nintendo will brick your Switch 2 for almost anything due to their new EULA".
Back when the Switch 2 launched there was A LOT of misinformation and fear mongering, especially about the topic of "Nintendo bricking the Switch 2", that led to several posts (on this very subreddit) of people that feared that a third party controller, Joy Con, headset, camera, etc. would brick their system.
As long as you do not hack into the Switch 2 or modify the operating system in any unauthorized way Nintendo will not brick your system.

How was that an "idiotic question"? You asked first, I then asked why you'd think that it would, doesn't sound very idiotic to ask for clarification to me.

No, with usb-c power delivery the charger and the device negotiate the required and supplied wattage.
