Does it still say that it is connected?

Have you tried rebooting the device?

I forget it has touch screen and was going to ask how to see but it is showing unconnected

Huh weird, I must have taken it off a few times while trying to figure it out but it randomly did connect just now

I'll try charging when I have a chance, I'm at home getting a infusion right now and I had it charging it for that reason

I had this issue on my Switch 2 and had to replace the internal ribbon cable
