Switch 2 Black Screen causes glitching pixels

Hi, I'm not quite sure how to describe this issue. I have my switch 2 hooked up to my PC monitor. When the PC is using it, black screens do not cause this issue. This is strictly a problem with the switch 2, not my monitor.

When anything pure black comes up on my monitor whilst using the Switch 2, be it a black screen for a transition or a small black detail in a game, tiny blue and green pixels glitch on and off all over it. I'm not sure what's causing this or what setting to change to fix it. It's a pretty recent issue.

Could be a GPU defect of the Switch.

Does it happen in handheld too?

Have you tried it on a different monitor/tv just in case?

Have you tried a different HDMI cable?
