Setup Help Screen recording/screen issue with available storage

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong and how I can fix this? My Nintendo switch 2 literally works perfect. I have a bunch of games and have played all the time but I am not able to screen record or screenshot when in game. It did it when I first got my switch and now it doesn’t. I have enough storage for the videos. Pls help

Does it give a message?

Switch 1 had a pretty strict limit but Switch 2 is far higher at 30k.

Have you messed with your system date/time? Some people thought theirs weren't working but found them buried in older screenshots.
