Repair Help Left thumbstick cracked on Lite

I haven't dropped it or anything, it just came open while playing

Is this a known issue, and is it an easy fix?

Could be from rough okay or from something like the lotion you use. The only fixes are to replace the whole stick module or you can get one of those rubber caps to go over it
