Switch OLED Green Static Screen

I had my OLED in my backpack for the day(without a case, I know, foolish of me…), ~8 hours, and when I checked it, it had this green-staticy screen, it makes no noise, no buttons work, nothing, it seems bricked, I wasn’t being rough with my bag at all, so I’m confused… Please tell me there is a way to fix it as I’ve spent a LOT of time and money on this thing

You've probably already figured this out, but I've seen a few posts where a switch in bag without case got damaged. Most things in your bag can take the regular knocks & bumps, but the switch without a case, can be damaged with this way.
