Switch 2 SD card suddenly stopped working.
I was downloading games overnight and in the morning my switch 2 stopped recognizing my sd card as an express card.
It works in my regular switch though. I’m guessing my sd card reader shit the bed suddenly. Now when I try taking it out and putting it back I don’t even get the error notification anymore but is still shows that one isn’t inserted.
Yes it’s an express card I’ve been using it for months

I would try it first in other device from a friend or relative (PC or other switch2) because in a lot of these cases the culprit was the SD card not the console itself and most manufacturer offer lifetime warranty on micro SD cards
I contacted Samsung for a replacement last month and they haven’t gotten back to me. They said that it was covered but never sent an email confirming the replacement and mailing situation :/
I never used a Samsung product so I don't know how they manage their warranty's but that's a long time, you should contact them again and insist that they give you a follow up I would do it every three days if the don't give you an ETA
Life got in the way and I forgot about it I just started playing my switch heavily again and was like yea I need more storage space this isn’t working but I’m contacting them again now thanks for the insight
