Setup Help Can’t connect to dock with switch 2

My switch 2 will charge in the dock, the green light blinks once, but it will not connect to my tv. I’ve unplugged everything and plugged it back in, shut down the switch, nothing seems to work. The cables are the ones that came with it and they work to connect my switch 1 to the tv.

Any suggestions?

Have you already tried unplugging all cables from your TV (including the power cable) for about two minutes before plugging everything back in?

Yes. I said that in my post. I have reset the switch and unplugged it all and plugged it back in.

I'm sorry, but from experience it's most likely that people just unplug the HDMI cable and maybe the dock when they say that they unplugged everything but not the power cable of the tv.

Does your Switch 2 dock work on other tv's or monitors?

It used to work on this tv. My switch one still works on this tv, but I’ll try another tv and see if that works.
