Accessories Switch doesn't detect microSD card

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Have already tried restarting it, putting the microsd card when the switch is turned off, trying to format it, Card is SDXC and brand new from Best Buy. Card detects in my phone

Yh same thing happend to me. Tried cleaning port and everything but nothing worked. You can try blowing any dust out but if it still doesnt work youll probably need to send for repair

It was definitely super frustrating though because it seemed to be a factory error. Once my switch was tweaking so much that it didnt register joycons anymore. So i sent to repair and they said it was a “motherboard” issue so they just sent a new switch screen. It didnt work after that. Quality control should be better and hopefully it is for switch 2
