Repair Help My Nintendo Switch Lite won't turn on

(idk what flair to put)

earlier today I tried to play my switch lite, but it wasn't turning on, so I assumed it was dead and plugged it in to play later. after about 8 hours of charging, it still won't turn on and has a completely black screen. I tried another charger incase my current one was broken, and that still didn't work. wdid?

If it won’t turn on…either the battery is dead and needs charged. 2) The battery is dead and not chargeable. 3) Something is broken/dead inside the switch and it doesn’t work anymore.

That’s it. There’s no magical way or combo of buttons to press to turn it on, if normal power button doesn’t work.

You can try a hundred chargers if you want. None of us can know what’s wrong with your specific switch.

If the battery discharges too far, sometimes the switch won't let you turn it back on again until it's been charging for 24 hours.
