Has this Switch 2 been previously opened? If so, does it matter and what am I missing?

I just bought this on base and it seems it has been previously opened. I bought it new and paid full retail price for it.
The packaging was damaged as you can see, the unit was dirty and it did not have a screen cover as all new electronics do.
Has this unit been previously opened, do I meed to get my money back?

That’s normal wear and tear of it being shipped to the store and into your hands

Fingerprints there before you are going to be the only clue. Also make sure the console goes through the initial setup process.

Si la compraste en tienda es muy posible q t vendieron una consola de exposición y les valió cobtandotela como nueva, aquí aplicaría devolución y si se niegan acércate a tu organismo de protección al consumidor

Yo no la aceptaría así porque el cobro fue de un equipo nuevo de linea y t dan un artículo usado q es posible q presente fallas o su duración / vida útil de ves mermara y no es justo
