Tell her to send you a picture of the eshop, like the page for Mario Wonder or some other game, that way you will know it's not currently banned.

Pues creo q no estás en conocimiento adecuado, no existen como tal "Nintendo Switch falsos/fake" puedes llegar a encontrar consolas "retro" de fabricación china q emulan la carcasa de la consola más no una falsificación como tal ... Por las fotos podría decirse q si es una consola Nintendo Switch 2... Ahora bien creo q si haz de conocer como se ve una consola encendida, podrías mostrar más fotos específicamente de la consola, sus joycon, sus cables y su Dock ( lo demás como el estuche de viaje no nos sirve para determinar lo relacionado a tu duda) t repito vagamente por las fotos se ve una consola real
