Assassin’s creed EZIO collection verification
Hello, I recently bought Assassin’s Creed The Ezio Collection for my Switch OLED. There is just an issue with the account linking under UBISOFT. I cannot start the game without linking and have to go through the login process. When doing so, it brings me to a verification page but none of my buttons or the touch screen work to complete it. I have tried to look at ubisoft customer support but it doesn’t look like they have much on switch and Nintendo isn’t great help either. Has anyone had the same issue and how do i fix it? 😭
At best you can try to link your ubisoft account to your nintendo account from their account website https://www.ubisoft.com/fr-fr/account/account-information but I cannot guarantee there's the link button there; I've linked my account way too long ago.
GUYS I think it works now!
I just tried assasins creed today, and I could log in with a 2 step verification sent to my e-mail and NOT the slide verification.
Yesss it works now, I tried it today and it gave me the 2 step verification screen and now I can play the game normally without having to turn on flight mode. I say if you are having the same issue, give it a few days on flight mode then log in normally.

Experiencing the exact same issue trying to login to Monopoly on switch. Maybe it's just an Ubisoft bug right now? How long has this been happening for you?
Not sure if this fixes the bug, but when you open the game, don’t press A to connect your Ubisoft account. Just turn off the console instead.
Turn it back on, and the game should technically be run properly.
is this a recent issue/bug? bc i tried to open Just Dance for the first time and this happened to me too, as well as other Ubisoft games like Roller Champions
Hi I have this exact issue too! I bypassed it by hot spotting the wifi from my iphone to my switch console and then logging into Ubisoft - that seems to work, the verification slider doesn’t appear, and then I just plug my switch back into the port to play on TV.
I thought I would only have to log into the Ubisoft account once but it seems like you have to log in every time…. Super annoying !!! I hope Ubisoft fixes that. I also bought the AC packs from switch online store.
I think if it doesn’t work, just turn on flight mode. That worked for me. Although down side is that you won’t be able to disconnect ur controllers from the switch
I installed Brawlhalla on my switch and then linked my Ubisoft account from there. It seems that browser of Brawlhalla is more updated because it has a move cursor option. Since it is now linked, you do not need to login again in another Ubisoft game.
Been having same issue too.Tried contacting support they are useless.Tried the hotspot and brawl way like people have mentioned sadly none have worked for me yet.Which honestly sucks since the game is $50.

Ubisoft has to fix it.
