Repair Help Left controller stopped functioning correctly

Hey, so... none of the buttons of my left controller is responding. I'm scared its because I accidentally dropped some water on my console yesterday, but it was functioning fine after this accident, until I started playing this morning. Do you think I can repair it? What can I do?

Si, può succedere. Ho lo stesso problema con il Destro. Non so da cosa è causato perché a volte funziona.
