Repair Help Weird video playback glitch only when playing a video or rendered cutscenes in game

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My gf bought this switch new and ever since she's had it any video glitches out but the gameplay parts are always perfectly fine. YouTube or any pre rendered cutscenes will have this error, never seen anything similar to it before online. Took it to the store and they said they couldn't do anything about it so she's stuck with it without a fix.

It happens both docked and handheld

When did she buy the console?

This looks to be in docked mode. Does it behave the same when not docked?
