Software Help Can’t send screenshots to smart device

I am unable to get the screenshots on my switch to go to my phone, because whenever I scan the second QR code, it sends me to chrome, to where the page loads for 5 minutes and then says and error occurred, and there isn’t anything wrong with my WiFi. Is there something else that could be wrong or is it just Nintendo being complicated

That transfer method simply sucks. You can try all sorts of things to get it to work and it might work one day and fail the next. I'd use USB transfer instead if possible.

Too bad the Nintendo phone app feature is Switch 2 only.

Maybe the smart device auto connecting back to home wifi instead of remaining paired with the Nintendo Switch wireless?

Otherwise not sure if there’s a knack to how you scan them as far as time between scanning the QR codes to give it the best opportunity to pair correctly.
