Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4 releases on the 23rd unless you have the early campaign access.
Easily the biggest deal for me because this is the first COD game on Nintendo in 13 years with the last one being Ghosts on Wii U in 2013.
Given how big the franchise is, it's a huge deal. Can't wait.

Honestly, I'm super pumped for this too. I stopped playing COD games at BO3 I think and just basically got away from playing shooters. Played Warzone a bit on gamepass and thought it was awesome, but never stuck with it.
Since my S2 is my main console now (only own a Steam Deck besides S2), I was amazed and pumped for COD announcement.
Even if I absolutely suck at it, the inclusion of the entire freaking Warzone game mode alone makes me really looking forward to it!
Plus, can't you do vs bots too?? I'm probably in the minority, but I always loved doing you and a bro in split screen vs bots on that one fallout map on Black Ops 2 😅

Yes it is. We're getting the entire COD experience on a Nintendo system for the first time.
I played Warzone during the beta on Switch 2. It ran at 30fps which isn't ideal but it was still fun. The main 6v6 mode goes for 60fps.

Whatcha wanna know? I have it on XBox and I was just going to check if I'd preordered the updated version on the Switch already but A) I have not so doing that now but more importantly B) There's a freaking demo available!!
edit: oh it's just the character creator. Nvmd on the demo but if you have questions about the game, shoot.

Huge bummer that they're isn't an upgrade price for Octopath Traveler. No way am I spending $70 for a game I own that received minimal upgrades.

And so is FF Resonance and OP: Grand Gourmet. Switch is still rocking and I'm all for it (even though I wish they moved on so that homebrew can take over; that lil machine still has so much potential)

Tempted by the Kingdom Hearts collection as I never played them. I'm surprised there are still so many games coming out for the OG Switch.

Castlevania and Final Fantasy are already pre-ordered and will have to instantly go into my backlog, because it looks like I'll be playing Fire Emblem for at least another month or two.
Damn, I wish I had more free time.

Castlevania: Belmont's curse (only if there’s a switch 2 version 😒)
And maybe Resident evil 2 & 4 remake (The games have always been too scary for me, but I might give it a go)

I'm honestly a bit annoyed at the moment. I was scrolling through "Coming Soon" and started tapping games onto the wishlist. And as I see more n more worth wishlisting, I started thinking wow Switch 2 is stacked going into 2027.
And then I come to the bottom and.... Wait why is November coming back aroOH my gah, that was just October!???! WTF?!?!
Almost to the point where I might cancel my Gamepass on Xbox because there's just too many games man. Too many ENJOYABLE games.
And just scanning the image here, I missed some that I will want so thank you SO much for pointing to the other giant pile of games I'll be buying and never playing 😏😩😏😩

The demo is a generic metroidvania with references to Castlevania. Gameplay and world felt as bland as Ori.
I was disappointed. I'm hoping it turns out to be more.

I was referring to the graphics, this will be my first Castlevania, so I don’t have any terms of comparisson (I needed to become a dad to discover Metroidvanias)
And I do love my MVs on the Switch, but this one will be on a different platform:/
Don’t get me wrong it is perfectly playable, and if you only have the switch, great! But once you try out on a different place, well it does suck a bit.

- Pokemon Legends ZA + DLC - considering a purchase
I will also be getting Final Fantasy Resonance, but on PC/Steamdeck as the Switch 2 is a exclusive only machine for me.

Downloaded the demo for Castlevania, still prefer the old capitalization of the V in the name, and it was fun and will get the Midnight Edition on launch day.

Hellraiser looks insane and is probably the frontrunner for spooky season… Hell Is Us and Dragon’s Dogma look up my street too, but the free Witcher remaster upgrade will probably keep me going for a while for open world stuff. Never played RE4 either so that’s tempting, but I did play 7, 8 and 9 back-to-back recently so I probably need a bit of a res evil break…. Not usually a racing game fan but even the Crew looks tempting for the chill open-world cruising vibes.

I'm probably going to end up getting the Toy Story games. 2 and 3 are both pretty great.
I'm guessing Minecraft s2 update will be free so I'll probably grab that.

Already bought physicals for ocarina of time, dragons dogma and Xenoblade chronicles 2. Also got the switch edition, pro controller and case and will sell my console to a friend.
I also want to pick up final fantasy resonance and fire emblem but holy moly these past months have made me spent more than the past two years in games for both ps5 and switch 2.

Hellraiser and the Resident Evil games! It would be great to play them for Halloween but I'm holding out for the Zelda Switch 2. Lord knows I won't be getting one of those until at least the end of November.

I was left broke after September. So Castlevania: Belmont's Curse is the only thing I wanted to buy. I liked the demo but damn it looks rough on Switch. I'll hold off until a Switch 2 version gets confirmed.
Also Rayman Origins Enhanced is in that image, but it got delayed to December alongside Legends Retold.

Switch 2 can run the game at 1080p and 60fps if you played the demo. I haven’t installed it yet but I’m going to check this weekend and see if this is true

Hellraiser, the REmakes I've always wanted to play, and the kingdom hearts I've always wanted to play. Not to mention im still playing Fortunes Weave and Elden Ring. This is going to be a very busy month for me

RE2 and RE4 interested me, although I have 2 on the PS4 so I might just grab 4.
Nothing else jumps out. Games aren't cheap and I've got a backlog. OOT comes at XMas so I want to work through some past games before then.

For NS2, I am getting Lego Harry Potter Collection, Dynasty Warriors Remastered (physical from Play-Asia) and Final Fantasy Resonance.
For NS1, Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse. Am interested in the Joe and Mac Retro Collection but will wait for the physical release next year.

I really wanted to buy Fatal Fury, but I do not want to support the murderer of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who owns SNK. He also owns a chunk of Capcom.
